Step 5: Line bottom waterline with Urban Decay 24/7 liner in black then run Maybelline Master Studio Liner in Sapphire under lower lashline.
Step 6: Add lots of mascara. Today I’m wearing Pop Beauty Lash Kapow + Urban Decay Big Fatty.
Clean up any mistakes with a Q-tip!

Here’s my recipe: For every one firmly packed cup of rose petals, pour two cups of boiling water over the top. Cover and steep until the liquid is cool.
